Texas Rangers coach Ron Washington tested positive for cocaine in July of the 2009 baseball season. He states that he has only done the drug once in his life. Major league baseball has tested him numerous times since then and all his results have yielded negative results.

For the individual who is suffering from drug addiction it is not uncommon for them to have lots of secrets. Some secrets may include child abuse or sexual trauma. If a suffering addict is not willing to talk about their “secrets” then long term abstinence from drugs and alcohol is going to be nearly impossible to achieve.

During the first few weeks of my recovery from drugs and alcohol believing in a higher power was to much for me. The best I could do was to put my faith in the treatment center and the professionals that were working with me.
